How do i get relief from menstrual cramps? the first thing we need to understand is that we are subjecting the human body to too much heat. All the days before the next period, the things that were put into it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that we know a period will be here. That is why we fed the two million pores with the wrong energy. Therefore, now the body has summond the action to push down this wall of blood. There is no cooling system to cool down the body.
